Recently, my younger two kids and I found ourselves with some extra time to spend at Disney Springs. We wanted to eat at one of the new restaurants and decided on D-Luxe Burger. Actually, it wasn’t a hard choice to make – you get a scent of deliciousness wafting from this place and follow your nose to it! It’s a no-brainer, really. We enjoyed our lunch there and think that you’ll enjoy it too.
3 Reasons You Should Try D-Luxe Burger at Disney Springs
#1 – The prices are reasonable.
Considering the fact that the burgers are HUGE – plenty big enough to share – it makes this place a really reasonably priced place to eat. Gracie and I split the Barbeque Classic Burger (Signature Blend topped with a Fried Onion Ring, Smoked Gouda, Bacon, Barbeque Sauce, and Lettuce) and weren’t disappointed. We got a large order of fries to share with it; it was so huge that we easily would have been full on a small order, I’m sure. We spent about the same amount that we’d have spent on two meals at a decent restaurant (think Red Robin or Applebee’s) and were stuffed at the end of our meal! (In fact, we threw some of the fries away.)
Ian got the kid’s cheeseburger meal, which was served with fries and a soda (despite the menu board which offered yogurt, grapes, and milk). He was pleased with it and didn’t finish nearly all of his fries either.
#2 – The food is delicious.
I had read lots of mixed reviews on this restaurant – some people love it, others complained that the burgers were too dry, etc. We thought that the burgers were done to perfection – no pink in ours but still plenty juicy (it’s an art to make a burger that way!) And the french fries are really delicious too. They are similar to what we call “carnival fries” but are a bit more crunchy (which I liked). And, they give you your choice of lots of dipping sauces (and you can pick as many as you want to try). FYI: We tried Garlic Ranch, Honey Mustard, and Buffalo.
#3 – The atmosphere is awesome.
The outside of this restaurant looks really neat. The inside is no different. We quickly found a nice table in the corner of the back room and were settling in. Then, we looked outside and realized that the seating overlooked the new Disney Springs area. So, we decided to move outside! It’s winter here in PA, so we were enjoying the lovely Florida sunshine. I would have sworn I had a picture of it on my phone; but, alas, I guess I was too busy soaking in the beauty to take a picture!Check out these 3 Reasons to Try D-Luxe Burger @DisneySprings #waltdisneyworld #delicious #diningreview @HeidiSaysClick To Tweet
If you haven’t been to Disney Springs since the changes took place, you should definitely go check it out. It’s truly beautiful.
