For our first several trips to Walt Disney World, I did all of my own planning. I’m a crazy planner and love researching, planning, and organizing. But, one year, on a whim, I booked through an agent. And I was so impressed! They know all the little ins and outs and Disney specials that the “average person” doesn’t know about (or have access to). And best of all – their services are FREE!
So, whether you are planning your first trip to Disney, or your one hundred and first (lucky you!), I’d recommend contacting one of the agents listed below. I know each and every one of them and feel confident that they will help to make your trip more special and memorable than you ever thought possible.
Use the contact information below, and be sure to tell them you found them at Heidi’s Head!
My name is Kim Deviese. I was born and raised in Florida, so Walt Disney World® has always been a part of my life. I love the joy that Disney brings to families; so it seemed natural for me to share that joy with others.
I am wife to John, Mom to two handsome sons, and Mimi to the most adorable grandbaby on earth! We love traveling to Disney and taking cruises. I can’t wait to introduce my love of Disney to my grandson!
I have been working for 3D Travel Company since 2008. I love helping clients plan trips to Walt Disney World and Disneyland, but my passion extends to other areas as well. In fact, my love of cruising has earned me the title of Cruise Manager and taken the company from booking strictly Walt Disney World® vacations to planning exotic cruises all around the world. I can book your cruise on the Disney Cruise Line, as well as many other cruise lines.
In addition to Disney and cruising, I can also help plan your trip to Universal Orlando and all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean.
My name is Amanda and I am the owner of Living With The Magic Vacations! My love of Disney began at the age of eight when I came across a biography about Walt Disney written just for kids and I was hooked! I spent the rest of my childhood dreaming of going to Walt Disney World. My first trip took place the fall after I graduated from high school; and just a few weeks later I began working there! Walt Disney World has always felt like home for me.
In addition to working at the Walt Disney World Resort, I’ve also worked as a manager for the Disney Store. I was even luckier to meet a man who loves Disney almost as much as I do! In 2010 we had our Fairytale Wedding at Walt Disney World. We continue visiting Disney Destinations now with our 2 daughters.
And best yet, now I get to put my experience working for the Walt Disney Company to use! I understand the importance of a well planned out trip, but more importantly I understand how overwhelming planning a trip can become. I help my clients find the balance between a well organized trip and exploring the magic. My philosophy is to provide my clients with all the information and details they need to enjoy a magical, stress free vacation!
I specialize in first time visitors, families with young children, and Disney Fairytale Weddings and Honeymoons.
My name is Tim Brooks. I was born outside Philadelphia, PA and currently live in the Albany, NY area. I have been making trips to Walt Disney World since the late 70’s, so I have almost 40 years of experience in taking Walt Disney World vacations (even if I was just a kid for most of them).
I have worked for Fairytale Journeys since 2014. I specialize in booking Disney travel, especially Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line. I have also planned Disney vacations for clients traveling to Disneyland and Disneyland Paris. In addition to Disney, I have planned vacations for clients to destinations in Europe and throughout the northeast in the United States.
I enjoy planning vacations. No two vacations are ever the same. Destinations are always changing and it’s my job to stay on top of those changes and help plan a wonderful vacation for you and your family.

Hi, I’m Lin! Planning Disney vacations has been a passion of mine since my high school and college days as a Disney Store Cast Member. I am currently the agency manager for Once Upon a Time Vacations, an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner agency, as well as a high school theatre teacher located in North Texas. I have visited the Walt Disney World Resort more times than I can count, including my engagement, honeymoon, two babymoons, and a Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Vow Renewal, and I have taken high school dance teams, as well as my own theatre students to participate in Disney contests and special events. Additionally, I have traveled to Disneyland and sailed onboard Disney Cruise Line numerous times.
My husband and I have two adorable boys, Connor and Logan, and I am happily raising them to follow my Disney Dreams! I have traveled to Disney Parks with my boys starting at the age of 13 months, and am very comfortable planning vacations for children of all ages, as well as family reunions, school groups, couples only getaways, and Disney honeymoons.
Disney is my passion, and I promise to treat your vacation as if it is my own. I want you to experience the magic!
Hi! My name is Brenda and I have been an Authorized Disney Travel Specialist with Pixie Vacations for 5 years. I am also the owner of the Mousenapped website. I was “mousenapped” during my first visit to Walt Disney World as a teenager. I always dreamed of growing my family at Disney and I have been blessed to be able to do so.
I’ve visited the various Disney destinations with little ones, teens, and young adults – all my kids, at different stages of their lives. My eldest now has 2 daughters of his own so all of our trips are now multigenerational.
