As a blogger, I may be compensated in some way (either pay, product, or experience) for sharing the post below All opinions are my own. ~Heidi
Last month, I shared some of the reasons why I love LulaRoe clothing. I promised, at that time, that I would be sharing about some of my favorite LulaRoe consultants and how you could order from them too. Each month, I plan to feature a new consultant, introduce you to him/her, share a package that I received from the consultant (in an unboxing video), and show pictures about some of the neat LulaRoe pieces that I receive. My goal is that YOU will find some new consultants to follow and order from, and that you’ll enjoy LulaRoe as much as I do.
Introducing Debbie Adams
I met Debbie several years ago when she was chosen to be a member of a product review team that I was overseeing. We became good friends and have remained in contact via Facebook long after I left that job and moved on to other endeavors. Debbie and I share a mutual love of all-things-Disney and like following along on each other’s trips to Walt Disney World.
I was glad when Debbie decided to sell LulaRoe! I ordered my Christmas leggings from her and got so many compliments on them!
Unboxing Debbie’s Surprise Package
There was a time that I would have said that I don’t like surprises. But, having received this surprise box of LulaRoe goodies, I think I’m going to change my mind. When I first saw the things that Debbie had selected for me, I thought to myself, “I would have never picked these things.” There was some pink in there and patterns I wouldn’t have normally chosen for myself. But, you know what? I LOVE THEM!
Wearing My New LulaRoe
The Lindsay was something that I didn’t have in my wardrobe before. I had tried one on at a friend’s pop-up a few months ago; it was black and I felt like it made me look like a Mennonite lady. I put it back on the rack and decided that the Lindsay wasn’t for me. I didn’t think I liked the way it was shaped in the back (I tried it on with a Carly and both pieces go down in the middle of the back). So, I wrote the Lindsay off as a piece I probably wouldn’t try again.
I was wrong! Debbie picked a pink lacey Lindsay for me – a color and style I would never have picked for myself. And, you know what? I love it! As soon as I put it on, I felt so put together! The Linsday is perfect for Spring. Because it’s lacey, it’s not too hot; so it should be fun all summer long. I love layering but was never great at putting pieces together. Now, I think I’ll find lots of LulaRoe pieces that I can mix and match with this Lindsay!
I’ve worn it several times and gotten compliments each time!
I wanted to add a Maxi to my wardrobe but wasn’t exactly sure how it would work for me. I tried one on in a 2X once. It was too long for my short body, so I tried it as a halter dress and it was too big. Debbie chose to send me a beautiful pattern Maxi in a 1X. I haven’t had an opportunity to wear it out in public yet, but I’ve tried it on both ways and it seems to fit either way! I love the colors and the pattern and the fact that I can wear this with the pink Lindsay as well. It’s another very versatile piece that I’m sure I will get lots of wear out of.
Again, I probably wouldn’t have selected this geometric pattern with colors of pink and lavender. But, I ended up loving them. I felt so put together when I paired them with a simple black top and the Lindsay. I loved pulling them up and making them into capris. They were a fun surprise and unlike any of my other leggings, so I have a feeling I’ll be pulling them out to wear quite a bit.
