From the Disney Cruise Line blog, here at the appetizers that you can select from at Enchanted Garden:
- Ahi Tuna and Avocado Tower – With Crispy Noodles and Wasabi Dressing
- Applewood Smoked Bacon Wild Mushroom Tart – With Creamy Leeks
- Cucumber Garden Roll – Filled with Julienne of Carrots, Bell Peppers and Zucchini, flavored with Cilantro and dressed with White Shoyu and Lemon Dressing
- North Atlantic Lobster Ravioli – With Roasted Garlic and Sweet Basil in a Tomato Broth
I had Brian – who never goes out on a food whim, select the Lobster Ravioli. He said he really enjoyed it, but didn’t think he would have liked it so much without the tomato broth. I’m allergic to seafood, so wanted him to try it!
I went with the tart, which I knew he wouldn’t touch with a ten-foot pole because he’s sure he doesn’t like mushrooms! It was really delicious. It reminded me of a mini quiche. It didn’t have a strong mushroom flavor, especially when combined with the bacon and that nice crusty cheese on top. The description says “with creamy leeks” – I’m guessing that is the sauce that was under the tart, and it was a nice addition. I would definitely get this again.
