Today is the first day of September. What does that mean to you? To me, it means that fall is in the air. Fall is my favorite season because it’s filled with my favorite scents (apple, pumpkin, spice), my favorite colors (greens, golds, oranges, dark reds), my favorite weather (I love when it’s time to dig out those sweatshirts; I just don’t want it to usher in the cold winter!), and my favorite activities.
Fall is a great time for family adventures and we have a few planned for the upcoming weeks. What do you have planned?
If you live in South Central PA, I’ve made a list of just 8 (of many) Family Fall Adventures that I think look like tons of fun. Not sure we can fit them all into our busy schedule, but I hope to be able to do a few of them.

Focusing on the four main subjects of his book, American Warlords, – a liberal Democrat, a conservative Republican, a bipartisan general, and an apolitical admiral – Jordan will describe how decision-makers of the United States’ high command set aside fundamental differences and pulled together when their country needed them most.
