Our last day at Walt Disney World was spent at Epcot.
Our shirts for the day were among my favorites from this trip. I was inspired by the colors and design of an original EPCOT Center logo. Our t-shirts were each a color from that palette, with the logo done in white. Here’s one of our pictures from the Disney Visa Meet & Greet:
Because I knew we’d be wearing down, physically, by the last day of our trip, I purposely planned 2 table-service meals for that day. We started out with breakfast at Akershus (which I’ll post about later). Then, we spent some time leisurely strolling through my beloved World Showcase.
We spent some time in Future World too.
We waited in line to meet a few characters that we hadn’t yet gotten to meet.
By this time, poor Gracie was starting to feel lousy. We got some Advil in her and headed for France to sit and wait ’til our dinner reservation at Le Chefs de France (as usual, it will get its own post later on). Suffice it to say, though, I would highly recommend it as a last-day-of-your-trip dinner. Because she wasn’t feeling well, we left the park after supper, made a quick stop at Spaceship Earth for one last hoorah, and headed back to Port Orleans Riverside to pack up and prepare to head home the next morning.
It’s hard to believe this is the last day of trip reports! I have lots more Disney Fun to share with you over the days and weeks ahead though – watch for product and restaurant reviews, souvenir posts, and a giveaway or two! Thanks for following along with us on our trip!
