Recently, I signed up to be an Influenster. I was excited when I received an e-mail saying that I would be receiving a #MamaVoxBox in the mail with goodies to check out and share! Confession: ever since I was a little girl, I’ve been a major sucker for a package in the mail! Some things never change! So, I was pretty thrilled to receive (and open) this package:
As you can see, the box was filled with goodies for 4 great brands.
I am not a huge breakfast eater. Most days, I don’t eat any breakfast at all. I know, I know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right? I’m just not good at getting up and eating right away. But, some mornings, I need SOMETHING. So, I was curious about the belVita #SoftBaked Breakfast Biscuits. Quite honestly, I tried it right away. And I was pleasantly impressed. I’m not often a fan of pre-packaged cookies like this, but it tasted really good. I could definitely eat these in the morning.
I received Annie’s microwave macaroni and cheese – with #RealCheese. I have to say that I have never been a fan of the “easy mac” from the other brand, so I didn’t have high expectation for this one either. I made it one day for my 7 year old. Honestly, I thought it looked slimey (and not very appetizing). But, I handed it to him and he devoured it. Ate. Every. Bite. So, I guess that’s the real test, right? If it passes the taste buds of a child, they must be doing something right.
I was surprised to see not one, but TWO full-size tubes of Pond’s BB+ cream. The purpose was to share the 2nd tube with my BFF. That worked out well since my daughter Ashley is my BFF and she has light skin! I kept the medium for me. I’ve only tried it once, but I really loved how lightweight the lotion is. Because of the built in SPF, I’m saving it for when we travel south and get to soak up some sun!
I might as well just put this out there . . . I hate shoes! I really need to live in a warmer climate because I also hate to be cold. The thought of having no choice but to break out some shoes for winter makes me want to cringe. I’m usually either barefoot or in flip-flops. So, I haven’t gotten to try my new Dr. Scholl’s insoles yet. But, I will say that I have purchased insoles from Dr. Scholl’s in the past and I’ve always been very pleased! The fact that these are designed JUST FOR WOMEN and that you don’t need to trim them down to fit your shoes really appeals to me. I’m sure they’ll be getting plenty of use this winter!
Which product from my #MamaVoxBox most appeals to you?
