My favorite food this week: Signature Old World Nachos
Huzzah! BBQ Grille at the Williamsburg Woodlands
$8.95 (you can add pulled chicken or pork for $2.95 more)
Heidi Says . . .
On our family’s trip to Colonial Williamsburg last month, we found out that there’s not a tremendous amount of things to keep a person busy in the evening, unless you want to shop. While some of us would have been happy shopping, others of us would not have enjoyed that. So, instead, we found ourselves hanging out in our hotel room in the evenings.
And sometimes . . . you just need a snack. So, one evening, we sent the guys over to Huzzah! (the neighboring restaurant) for nachos. They are described on the menu as “house-fried crispy potato chips, melted mozzarella, and poblano nacho cheese sauce.”
It was the first time I’ve ever had “nachos” not on actual nachos. And they were delicious. In fact, I wish I had another plate of them to eat right now!
What are your favorite nacho toppings?a
