Enjoy a Night of Music with Central Florida’s Top Strings Group Led by GRAMMY® Recording Artist Michelle Jones
Orlando, FL (April 22, 2019) – Following a monumental start to the year with performances across the country alongside legendary artist Wayne Newton and for the lighting of the newly restored Hard Rock Cafe Neon Guitar Sign at the Neon Museum in Las Vegas, renowned “Vinylinist” and Founder of “Violectric” Michelle Jones will join the talented musicians of Central Florida’s top strings group Violectric back on their hometown show in “Night of Music” at Kissimmee Civic Center on Saturday, May 4.
Violectric will take the stage at 7:30pm, following the Osceola County School for the Arts Symphony Orchestra, and then both groups will perform together for the grand finale. The group will perform their unique musical arrangements of classic and modern rock tunes, plus celebrate “May the Fourth Be With You” with a special “Star Wars” themed tribute. Attendees will enjoy the diverse array of string music at the family-friendly and free event.
Violectric Education Programs, Inc. (a non-profit Florida corporation) has teamed up with the City of Kissimmee and Osceola County School District for the Arts to be featured among the entertainment. Violectric Education Programs provide a variety of workshops and performance opportunities for students of all ages. The members of Violectric hold degrees and certificates in business and education and have instructed in public and private schools, universities, music camps and corporate education programs. Schools can select from a variety of workshops created to cover a wide range of musical, music business, technique and performance topics, or Violectric can create a custom program tailored to the needs of the students. Students appear with Violectric on-stage for a live concert, performing custom-arranged selections of classic and modern rock songs.
