As a blogger, I may be compensated in some way (either pay, product, or experience) for sharing the post below All opinions are my own. ~Heidi
Last week, I started a series of blog posts about our experiences at the #DisneySMMoms event in #Philly. I talked about Companionship last week – old friends, new friends, treasured friends.
If you were at the #Philly event, please introduce yourself in the comments and leave a link to your blog! I’d love to stay in touch!
This week’s post will be a little shorter, but I wanted to take the time to talk about Cuisine.
There are many posts on my blog related to Disney food. So, I figured that it was only right to share about the food that we experienced at the On-the-Road event. Right? (You know you want to hear about the food!)
When we entered the conference room, each table was set with the most adorable little suitcase and social media related road signs. There was also a basket of pastries on the table, as well as carafes containing coffee and hot water for tea.
Once everyone was settled, we were each treated to a lovely breakfast of quiche, potatoes, and fresh fruit.
Later in the morning, it was announced that we all needed a little sugar high. Each person was given a Disney sugar cookie. Now, I have to confess that I saw people from the #Chicago event posting pictures of these cookies and they didn’t look all that appealing to me. Well, let me be the first to tell you that they were absolutely delicious. From now on, when I see the individually wrapped sugar cookies at Disney, it’s going to be hard to resist them. They might not look like much, but the taste . . . yum! (There’s something of a lemon flavor there, if I’m not mistaken.)
In the picture above, you can see a glimpse of my notes from the morning. That’s just a little hint of what you can expect from next week’s post – Confidence (in Social Media). Be sure to stop back!

I was not compensated in any way. The event was free and I paid for my own travel expenses.
